Warranty Policy

We will replace any defective products due to manufacturing free of cost for as long as the original purchaser owns it.  We will pay for the shipping costs associated with replacing defective equipment.  If you are not the original purchaser, we will still replace defective products, but will ask that you pay for shipping.

Please contact customer service at: customservice@regulationtactical.com to begin the process.  New products will be shipped out within 1-2 business days once the defective item has been received at our office.
