Regulation Tactical's Return and Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a product from Regulation Tactical, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days from the purchase date.  For certain items, we offer free size exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase.  For leather belts we do not offer refunds if used. For our custom leather holsters, we do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.  If your product was a gift and is unused we will happily provide a credit that can be used on other Regulation Tactical products.  Gifted item(s) must be returned in new condition, with all associated parts and materials, and in the original packaging.

*NOTICE for leather holsters: We inspect each holster at each step of the manufacturing process and before it ships to ensure it meets our standards.  If there are any issues upon receipt, please let us know.  There are no refunds or money back, but we will work with you to solve any problems.

Please contact customer service at: customservice@regulationtactical.com to begin the process.  Once returns have been received we will provide a refund or a credit (if it was gift) within 6-10 business days.  For exchanges, new products will be shipped out within 1-2 business days if the item is available or as soon as it is available.
